I missed my official daily mediation, but did practice mindfulness at my weekly Movements to Music class.

Exercise:

Movements to Music

Diet:

  • Coffee with cream.
  • Brunch: Sausages, fried egg, rice, cabbage
  • Evening: Chicken tikka biryani; vodka and coke (2)

Sleep:

  • Screens off: n/a
  • Lights out: 12.30am
  • Wake up the next day: 8.45am
  • Total sleep: 8.5 hours
