Pivot 127: I am tending to myself gently

I am alive to myself in this free-flowing meditation, where I allow myself to quiet my mind and receive what is there to be received when we are aligned to the inner being.. (As Abraham teaches – thank you, dear Abraham)

I was struck in today’s ACIM reading, by the notion of GENTLENESS:

IV. Gentleness

M-4.IV.1. Harm is impossible for God’s teachers. 2 They can neither harm nor be harmed. 3 Harm is the outcome of judgment. 4 It is the dishonest act that follows a dishonest thought. 5 It is a verdict of guilt upon a brother, and therefore on oneself. 6 It is the end of peace and the denial of learning. 7 It demonstrates the absence of God’s curriculum, and its replacement by insanity. 8 No teacher of God but must learn,—and fairly early in his training,—that harmfulness completely obliterates his function from his awareness. 9 It will make him confused, fearful, angry and suspicious. 10 It will make the Holy Spirit’s lessons impossible to learn. 11 Nor can God’s Teacher be heard at all, except by those who realize that harm can actually achieve nothing. 12 No gain can come of it.

M-4.IV.2. Therefore, God’s teachers are wholly gentle. 2 They need the strength of gentleness, for it is in this that the function of salvation becomes easy. 3 To those who would do harm, it is impossible. 4 To those to whom harm has no meaning, it is merely natural. 5 What choice but this has meaning to the sane? 6 Who chooses hell when he perceives a way to Heaven? 7 And who would choose the weakness that must come from harm in place of the unfailing, all-encompassing and limitless strength of gentleness? 8 The might of God’s teachers lies in their gentleness, for they have understood their evil thoughts came neither from God’s Son nor his Creator. 9 Thus did they join their thoughts with Him Who is their Source. 10 And so their will, which always was His Own, is free to be itself.

V. Joy

M-4.V.1. Joy is the inevitable result of gentleness. 2 Gentleness means that fear is now impossible, and what could come to interfere with joy? 3 The open hands of gentleness are always filled. 4 The gentle have no pain. 5 They cannot suffer. 6 Why would they not be joyous? 7 They are sure they are beloved and must be safe. 8 Joy goes with gentleness as surely as grief attends attack. 9 God’s teachers trust in Him. 10 And they are sure His Teacher goes before them, making sure no harm can come to them. 11 They hold His gifts and follow in His way, because God’s Voice directs them in all things. 12 Joy is their song of thanks. 13 And Christ looks down on them in thanks as well. 14 His need of them is just as great as theirs of Him. 15 How joyous it is to share the purpose of salvation!

Had/have I lost some of my gentleness over past years? 

Far from it. You have gained in gentleness. What you are noting is that some of your forms of communication are lagging behind your actual evolution. Some of your thought forms are lagging behind too. So you feel a gap. You can invite your words and thoughts to catch up with the inner learning which is that Gentleness Is Joy. 

I sense that. Thank you. I see how my tiredness or burnout (so improved thanks to these blessed days of rest and peace) might arise from thoughts and words that are less than gentle.

Gentleness to others starts with the way we treat ourselves. 

That is so true… How can I be gentler with myself?

By attending to your needs and preferences as is you were caring for your own sweet newborn child. 

As you learn to do this effectively, you will find yourself ever – ever – more able to attend gently, and with presence, to the needs and preferences  of others. 

I am so pleased with the professional work I have chosen. So grateful. Yes, I would do whatever is needed to be more effective for the people I serve.

So care for yourself gently, with gentleness. This is what you Really Want, we know: a world of gentleness because that is a world of forgiveness and sinlessness, which as ACIM says, is a world of joy. So let us be gentle to ourselves today. Let us tend to ourselves gently.

Pivot 126: I am glimpsing what I really want… in all circumstances

I did honour my creativity – in my qigong practice; in my business creation; in my video editing; in my ability to go for a bike ride in the middle of the working day and feel that I was ‘on holiday!’.

Do you remember in therapy last month, a notion came up for me strong and hard: “This is not child’s play.” That was my younger/child me acknowledging and owning that her activities were not meaningless – that her, my, creativity is not childish. Somewhere in childhood I picked up the notion that if it doesn’t hurt or burn me out or bore me, it can’t be grown up. I have largely worked much of that out of my system, but maybe it’s this last (or next) chunk to go: CREATIVITY.

Playfulness and ease. That’s serious business! 

It is, right?!

What is creativity to your mind? 

I guess creativity is Source unfurling itself through us!

This beautiful quote from ACIM illuminated my mediation and my ‘basking in glimpses of pleasing things’:

“He must learn to lay all judgment aside, and ask only what he really wants in each circumstance.” ACIM MfT p11

Tell me about this.

This is exactly the teaching you have been receiving from Abraham. Even the fact you are now willing to talk about Abraham here indicates that you are learning to lay all judgment aside. When Abraham asks: “And are you knowing what you are wanting?” you are being invited to tap into Source Energy. Knowing what you are really wanting is your route into alignment with you inner being. Did you know that? 

I suppose on some level I did… The laying judgment aside is an important factor isn’t it?

Absolutely. Your ego (which judges) has the opposite agenda to your inner being. There, never said so clearly. 

Never said so clearly…….. That is some pivot.

  • Unwanted = ego’s agenda
  • Wanted = inner being’s agenda

It’s ok to let go of my ego’s judgmental agenda?

You’ve gone a long way with that already. You really have. Can you see that?

I can to a degree. Are there areas we could shimmy and shake at?

Of course. You know what they are. They are the things you really want which you tell yourself ‘it’s not yet time for’ or ‘that won’t make money’. They are the ideas that pop up as glimpses of pleasing things WHENEVER you let your mind drift in a tuned in tapped in turned on state. You must be very happy with your glimpses..? 

I am!!!! They are delightful!!

To glimpse is to get into vibrational alignment with, is to attract or line up with… Keep glimpsing what you really want.

Pivot 125: I am honouring my creativity

I enjoyed the Mary Poppins daydreaming yesterday. I wore a nice dress, and sat up straighter and floated along on my walk (no jogging for Mary P.).

So what now? 

I think I would like to read (ACIM – MforT Chap 3) and Meditate (10mins)

I GET IT. I’m so glad I re-read yesterday’s transcription of the Abraham talk – on getting into the vortex (via meditation – it only takes two or three minutes) and then catching glimpses of pleasing things… and knowing that they are glimpses of what is in the Vortex. I’d forgotten that this is what happens in mediation when you are not stuck to ‘MUST HAVE NO THOUGHT FOR 15 MINS’.

What floated in? Glimpses of…  Lightcasting….. Energy work… within my professional practice.

Healer. 

Maybe. I don’t know. It feels very pragmatic when I do that… The other thing I noted (or remembered from the last house I lived in) was the power of reading something that resonated with Source before meditating. One line from ACIM stayed with me…

That’s all it takes. 

‘…for it is the destiny of all relationships to become holy’. ACIM – MFTp8

Meditating with that powerfully resonant line as an anchor seemed to get the juices flowing of shifting from mind state to… to…

Vortex resonance – tuned in tapped turned on.

Right! Exactly. This. How had I forgotten that this is what meditation is all about…? No wonder I’d put it off.

Not so Zen now? 

I think what Abraham is teaching us is that we have access to new techniques now.

Pivot. 

Yes, it’s time to pivot from being (idle?) students to active discoverers and explorers of… these new dimensions.

The vibrational reality which is as close to you as your life vein? 

Yes.

Glimpses, that’s all it takes. You see them, you feel them, you let yourself know that you know what they mean. Because you do. 

That’s the ‘non-contradicting it with reality’ mindset.

You are seeing future realities. Know that that is what you are doing when you catch glimpses of pleasing things. That is not to say you are reading the future. You are seeing options and possibilities stored up for you in your vortex as a result of your sorting and sifting and asking and basking.  

And so did you enjoy that glimpsing? 

Yes! It gave me a deeper sense of how to do my work, and what to bring to my practice.

Little stones. I need to get little stones.

Will you? 

Yes, why not. I’ll take a bag on my walk today…

This is just the beginning. Relax. Have fun. Know that all is well. Play with it all. Be fun with it all. Life is so much more satisfying when you see it as ‘playful’. 

Let me be playful today, yet… in the grown up way. I can exhaust myself with childlike play… Show me what playfulness looks like in my grown-up self.

It looks like seriously playful creativity. Honour your creativity and you will find the mature playfulness you are interested in. But you gotta truly honour it. You play like a child because you do not yet see playfulness as having a role in mature life. You got stuck there. Bring playfulness forward as creativity. And honour it. 

I shall honour my creativity. Thank you. Thank you so much for this.

Pivot 124: I am daydreaming with Mary Poppins

Funnily enough, the Abraham talk on my walk yesterday turned out to be on ‘getting out ahead of it’. It’s about point-setting your vibrational reality by choice, as opposed to by reaction or response. “Life is supposed to be fun; effort less.”

Here’s another portion of a talk, explaining how we are wise to look less at ‘what is’ (old news, the reality of old vibrational frequency) and tuning to a frequency via focussing or segment intending…

From this video – How to do Segment Intending:

  • I recognise a new segment is about to start  (eg. getting in a car to go somewhere; a new person arrives to a group)
  • Anticipate the new segment and stake your vibrational claim to it in advance, or as it starts: “I’m going to be alert and intuitive; I’m going to go to a new place in this segment; I’m turning up in a new vibrational state; I’m anticipating ease, relief, fun, new possibilities.”
  • Be a Creator of new realities, not a Regurgitator of the old/usual/tired reality
  • I’m going to find snatches of time, when I let myself daydream…
  • Daydreaming is calling the cooperative components in…
  • Daydreaming is sensed from the vortex, out ahead of where you stand, sense clear space, receptive mode… tuned in tapped in turned on
  • Daydreaming is resonating vibrationally with the Vortex and it demonstrates glimpses of what’s inside it; glimpses of ‘pleasing things’
  • “The vortex will start demonstrating to you in the form of Daydreams. Little snatches of time. You’ll get glimpses of things, you’ll get glimpses of pleasing things And we want you to know the importance and the power of that. And we want you most of all to feel the purity of it. In the purity of it is the power, in the ‘no-contradicting’ it with any kind of reality. What you’re going to begin to notice is that first in will be a little infrequent, but it will become more and more frequent. And once you get hold of a piece of something and you let yourself go into it and your mind begins rolling with it, manifestations will begin to line up right away – everything that you are ready for. Once you accomplish that, you can do that in two or three minutes time. We are not kidding you. You can feel the fullness of it.”

I guess this daydreaming is what is really meant by ‘letting the silence speak to me’?

Exactly. In silence, your vortex can speak to you and give you glimpses of what’s there, out ahead of you, to let in, to receive. The answer to all your sortings and siftings. All there. Waiting for you to come and get it. 

A couple of weeks ago, as we were driving into town for a visit for the first time in weeks, G asked me what I’d do if we won the lottery. I said, without thinking, it would be great to get a big house with room for workshops on conflict resolution. “I’d call it the School of Dialogue.” I’d never even heard that phrase – School of Dialogue – before let alone pondered it!

So, I guessed the concept must have come from a place inside me that I could access directly because, on a day when all things seemed possible as we were going into town for the first time after months of global lockdown, we were talking in ‘fantasy’ – aka day dreaming. And so, this week, I just went ahead and got that new ball rolling as a social media channel. G did me a beautiful logo…

So silence is one way to get glimpses from your vortex, and talking in fantasy terms is too. Wherever you can circumvent the voice of reason, you have access to the voice of your inner being. 

Epic. I shall do my meditation practice, and lull my voice of reason to sleep for a brief while…

Meditation is the invitation to the voice of the inner being – it says, speak to me of what you know.

Oh you know, just the normal. Mary Poppins in her best dress; all the interviews; singing the songs of yore; ballerinas in the air… 

Uhuh. Cool! And today…? We have a few segments ahead. Can we daydream in to those?

What’s going on?

We’re saying, follow the daydreaming bread crumbs – whatever they look like. Be careful not to dismiss any of them. They may be there to catch your attention, and lead you to something more nuanced. Ask yourself, what is it about ‘Mary Poppins in her best dress; all the interviews; singing the songs of yore; ballerinas in the air…‘ that resonates for you? 

It reminds me a little of teaching, at my best. I guess I sometimes felt like a Mary Poppins – gathered, collected, decent, creative, empowered, empowering, a little bit magical, connecting, communicating, exchanging, exploring together, new heights, confidence growing, self-esteem blossoming for all, inner wisdom developing.

Pivot 123: I am letting silence speak to me

I’m feeling under the weather. I did some really really good things yesterday – set up SoD on IG (G did a stunning logo for me) and I filmed Dad doing a great talk for youtube and his website… But I didn’t get the ‘aaaaaaahhhhhh’ feelings of satisfaction. More like frustration, edginess, boredom… I may just be pooped from not taking a break at the weekend. And the cloudy weather. And the ‘lots of people / no people’ lockdown situation. And maybe I shouldn’t have started taking the hemp oil because… is it making me twitching for it?

I was helping, being creative and holding everyone in UPR, right? Why was I not feeling feelings of satisfaction? {#ffff)

Entonces, pues, ‘sup?

As Abraham says, you gotta get out ahead of it… 

Tell me more about this, please.

Learning to break ‘thought’ patterns is the key. You are good at this when you actually do it. So be brave, let go of thinking, regularly.

Pivot 122: I am feeling satisfied – this is enough

I had such a productive, and fulfilling weekend playing with ‘fun and done’. We hosted a ‘1st birthday’ party and we filled the garden and house with decorations, and created a photo album of the baby’s first few months of life. It was so good to write a list of actions, and fly through them – even when challenges arose. And it came down to setting an intention to create a ‘magical birthday party’.

Intentions give direction to your momentum. 

I reflected on how the ‘scaffolding’ of my routine replaces the need for ‘willpower’. The willpower works with time. My autistic brain is very right hemisphere; time is linear and left hemisphere. The scaffolding reduces the need for willpower with regards to time – and that grants me more space for basking in right brain creativity.

So intentions are like architectural drawings that accompany the scaffolding around your nascent construction. 

And then I get inside the construction site and play with creating the building…

And so what building would you like to create this week? 

I was reminded in a podcast on my walk on Friday of the Abraham ‘pivot’ technique. Ironic I hadn’t noted it before with the name of this project! The main concept – and it’s so brilliant – is this:

“If you know what you don’t want, then you know what you do want.”

So, if something is troubling you, pivot in the opposite direction, towards the ‘wanted’.

Like magic. 

It is a bit! So for this week…

What DO you want? 

Satisfaction… 

So can you use dissatisfaction as a lever towards your satisfaction

Not really. I can’t confidently look at dissatisfaction without magnifying it.

So can you look at all the aspects of your life, week, day and segments that bring you satisfaction? Can you set an intention for satisfaction? What would that architectural drawing look like? 

Satisfied me… Hm… What gives me satisfaction? I think ‘knowing I’ve helped people’ gives me a feeling of satisfaction. And knowing I’ve pushed the boat out in terms of my creativity and self-expression, makes me feel deep satisfaction.

Helping + Creativity = Feelings of Satisfaction

Yes. So is it a case of more helping and more creativity?

What do you feel? 

I feel I need to add something. It’s about ‘non-judgment’; it’s about ‘unconditional positive regard’. I have a hunch that that is the oil that eases the satisfaction machine.

= Feelings of Satisfaction

Yes. This is my intention for this working week.

Helping – self and others +
Creativity of expression – for self and others +
Unconditional Positive Regard – for self and others
= Feelings of Satisfaction

So in each segment you are welcoming Helping + Creativity + UPR so that you might bask in the feelings of satisfaction. 

That is my segment intending, yes. May I find my phrase?

This is a beautiful new week, and it is my intention to bask in feelings of satisfaction. I love the feelings of satisfaction that run all the way through by being. I know they are good for my health, wellbeing and internal organs. I know we are created in order to feel the expansiveness of creativity, which is to say, to experience feelings of satisfaction. Sometimes, I just need to press pause and focus to realise that satisfaction is hovering in the air around me ready to be inhaled right here right now. I am ready to receive immense satisfaction this week. I am excited that I have three tools to take on to my construction site this week: 

  1. Helping
  2. Creativity
  3. UPR

With these 3 tools, and with my intention to feel feelings of satisfaction, and with the scaffolding of my routine, I know – and it is powerful to know the power of my knowing – I know that satisfaction is available to me and to us all at any moment in time. 

It is my firm intention to feel and to absorb and to receive feelings of deep satisfaction this week. 

Beautiful! A rampage. Thank you! How satisfying!

I am feeling satisfied!

Oh yes, I just spotted (again): satis. Satis = enough. Faction = making / doing.

I am doing enough… This is enough. Enough is made… This is enough.

Ooh… that is so big. It’s the antidote to the messages of my youth: work harder, do more, keep pushing.

And isn’t it good to know that this is enough?

It sure is.

Pivot 121: I am playing with ‘fun and done is better than perfect’

Reading: ACIM – felt drawn to start reading Teachers’ Manual. Let’s see how that goes..

Med – Inner Balance 15 min: HighCo 29% + AvCo 1.8 (!! It had been a while since I’d used the device – so startling to be so constantly out of coherence!!)

So here we are. Breathe deeply and anticipate satisfaction. I did that as I got out of bed this morning on this sunny day, and had a flashback to waking up happy in childhood during summer weekends or school holiday, simply anticipating a whole day of playing! We (me, siblings, neighbours) used to bike ride, hopscotch, explore the woods, play in the sandpit, play in the tree house, play make-believe games, dress up… Endlessly romping in a) our bodies and b) our imaginations. So satisfying!

Yesterday was a day of goosing up the satisfaction, and yes, a deep breathe before a new task does set you up to feel like there might well be – ooh, lovely – satisfaction ahead. And part of my real satisfaction came from introducing an element of playfulness yesterday.

  1. I was asked to do a video for my business for a online business festival I’m involved signed up to. Videoing myself reminded me of when I used to pretend to be Delia Smith talking to camera as I did baking in the kitchen at home as a child. I dropped seriousness / perfectionism and allowed myself to let it be a fun, easeful experience. (PS. This is the encouraging response I got from the event organiser, reassuring me that ‘fun and done’ is better than perfect: The one-minute perfect pitch – you should be on the dragon’s den! Or the Natwest Accelerator programme! Bravo!)
  2. I had a long list of complex tasks on a post-it note, all of which I needed to try and tackle in the afternoon. {Typically = *Executive function alert bells ahoy – which first?!, putting off the worst etc*} So, I grabbed some scissors and cut up the post it note and put the pieces in a mug. G. names this new game: Lucky Dip. Perfect. Pulling a random task out of a mug, time-stamping it and jumping into it was FUN. I got a lot done – but not all, and that was ok too.

We love your phrase ‘fun and done is better than perfect‘. You could run with that all day, all week, all year and get such satisfaction out of every day. 

I could, couldn’t I? It’s bringing the Facebook motto (done is better than perfect) together with my Mum’s legendary ‘It’s got to be fun’ motto. Yes, satisfying stuff.

My new routine is also about ‘fun and done’ isn’t it?

It sure is. You are creating an environment for yourself – thanks to the opportunity afforded you by lockdown – that allows you to have enough certainty, or scaffolding, in place, that for the remaining ‘moving parts’ of your day you still have mental energy for maximum creativity. 

Like Steve Jobs minimising his need for decision-making each day…

Yes. The scaffolding is all geared towards your wellbeing too, your MEDS. 

I could weep with joy and relief and appreciation for this journey…

So you know you are caring for your mind, body and soul with the scaffolding of your days – and it’s so well-designed that, should there be high winds or earthquakes, your structure can easefully move with the pressures. The rest of the day is for playful activity: the fun and done. Excellent work. 

Thank you! One quick question. Why was my heart coherence so out of sync today?

You want to know why? 

Yes.

Because you were in an egoic state about being or not being a ‘teacher of God’ after reading the ACIM Teachers’ Manual. Ease up on that stuff. You are ALL teachers of God because you are all extensions of Source Energy. Relax a little. The Manual simply says, ‘Dudes, try and show up in the world with your best shoes on.’ That’s all. It’s nothing special. ACIM is all about how nothing and no one is ‘special’. So chill. 

Haha. Truth bombing me all over the place. Thank you.

So today, play with fun and done is better than perfect’ and see how much satisfaction and good-feeling is available to you, sweet soul.

Pivot 120: I am breathing deeply and anticipating satisfaction

I have to say, I am feeling much more relaxed these days… I’m going at a gentler pace; I’m cleaving to my routine diligently but with flexibility; I’m more on top of my business again. I’m also maybe 5 days into taking magnesium and Hemp oil, so maybe that’s helping with reducing the adrenal drive.

Yes, I am sunbathing in some good satisfaction.

I am basking in wellbeing.

I am focussing – gently – on feeling good. Thank you, Abraham, for that.

I sense the possibility for more satisfaction…?

There is always more satisfaction to be had. That is the nature of creation. It thrives on creating. 

Am I creating enough?

Of course! Could you be creating and expanding with less resistance? Of course! The invitation to drop resistance is always with you. 

That’s human life, right? To learn to trust and believe and love and relish and allow and enjoy and accept and receive and… drop resistance as you go.

‘Precisely’, as Abraham would say. 

And when it comes to ‘dropping resistance’ for me, what guidance might you give me, dear voice of my Being?

Breathe, dear soul. Breathe… Set your intention for ‘Satisfaction’ and b r e a t h e… That is the kindest thing you can do for yourself right now. ‘Satisfaction’ out-performs ‘happiness’ in the human realm. Satisfaction goes right to the core of you, and that is why b r e a t h i n g into the core of you creates ‘space’ for the satisfaction to swim about. You think we are speaking metaphorically? We really are not. You practice qigong, you know about this. The flow is internal and external – as above so below. Stuckness is internal and external – as above, so below. You work to release qi stuckness and increase flow in the internal and external simultaneously. Breathing deeply is the ultimate facilitator of increased energy in the internal and external realm. 

I see. I hear you. Can I ask… Is this about multidimensionality too?

Absolutely. You want to believe you are a solid entity dancing only along the physical plane, but know that you are an off-shoot of a Self that sits across various dimensions. That is why your care of your body on this plane is of value. The self likes to be equally distributed across planes, and your ‘lightness’ and ‘brightness’ and ‘energetic freedom’ on this physical plane maximises the same in the other dimensions. 

What does that even mean?!

It means as below, so above. Loosen up here, to loosen up there. You can’t see the benefit that you bring to your whole self when you drop resistance and foster flow, but it is real and significant.

If you could give me one top piece of advice on this – alongside breathing deeply to create space in the core of me – what would it be?

Anticipate satisfaction. 

That gave me a little leap in the pit of my stomach.

It’s good, isn’t it? Remember, breathe first, or it becomes a mental exercise to set an intention for satisfaction. In other words: 

  1. Set the intention for satisfaction – you can consider that done already as it is all your inner being is interested in anyway
  2. Breathe deeply, in to the core of you

Post 119: I am in sunbathing mode

Max Basking had a really great day. It’s about appreciating what you’ve created/received as you go, isn’t it? It’s about saying, ‘Look at all this beauty – fascination – curiosity – delicious food – great company – time to relax – soft companionship – comfy cushions – sunshine in the sky…’

And I sense, as I slip into that state, this must be the state of alignment. And in the state of alignment, I don’t need to effort or push for my future, the SoA is what has us shimmying into the vortex. Right?

Think of the experience of sun-bathing. At first it feels unnatural to just stay lying there doing nothing – after all there are so many things to do and to be done. But you have a vested interest [as a pallid white girl]: a glowing, healthy sun tan. So you stay there in horizontal mode, and then, lo and behold, you start to relax. Indeed, you positively soak up the warmth of the sun. You become one with nature and the gentle breezes. Your mind slows down and you are fully in the receptive mode. Sunbathing is a great metaphor for Max Basking and the State of Alignment. 

Ok so now that’s my band name. 🙂

When sunbathing, you know your role is really to do nothing. The work is being done for you. 

Same with life?

To a certain extent. You’ll find that when you’re in alignment you get inspiration to do x or y, for the FUN of it. 

My Mum was a guru… [She always said, “It’s got to be fun!”]

She really was. 

When the inspiration comes, act on it, but not with effort or urgency. Act on inspiration just as if you were sunbathing on the beach and you suddenly felt the inclination to jump up for a swim, or play volleyball. For the fun of it.

Post 118: I am Max Basking

This past weekend (it’s Monday today) really marked the drawing to a close of the acute phase of lockdown. G and I went to town to drop A at work, and went  on to the farmer’s market and had lunch out at a restaurant for the first time since mid-March. It felt like a relief to be back in the world… Clearly, wise prudence is still required of us all.

A new week begins. It’s a quiet week ahead, after a storm of work over the last few weeks. I would like to hear from you how best to enjoy this week.

Your ability to find the joy in what you do is increasing, isn’t it? 

It really is! I feel like I’m so much more grounded. I’m loving the new ‘business care’ protocols I’m putting in place. I’m feeling more on top of what I’m doing. If you were in my physical shoes, what would you be riffing with? What would you be doing?

Basking! Basking, basking, basking. We would be basking the heck out of life. And our Segment Intending would be geared towards Maximum Basking. 

You sound just like Abraham today! 🙂 Tell me about Maximum Basking. (That’s going to be my spy name: Max Basking).

Basking is revelling in what has been created. Maximum Basking is really using the ‘power of now’ and the available sensory data to bring mindfulness to What Is. And Segment Intending here would focus on creating ‘arcs’ of experience: initiate – undertake – bask in what has been created. 

So you don’t leap from one thing to the next – you pause to bask.

Yes. So you could stop right here, right now and bask in this conversation…
